TryBaseet Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AnvilERP! We strive to provide the best Products/Services and ensure our customers' satisfaction. In the event that you need to request a refund, we have established this Refund Policy to protect both you, the customer, and AnvilERP.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. 1.1. Digital Products/Services: Refunds will only be considered for digital products or services that have not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Once you have accessed, downloaded, or used the digital product/service, we cannot offer a refund.
  2. 1.2. Physical Products: Refunds will be considered for physical products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match the description provided on our website. In such cases, we may require proof of the issue, such as photographs or other documentation.

Refund Process:

  1. 2.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@trybaseet.com. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  2. 2.2. Our customer support team will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days to notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
  3. 2.3. If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. 3.1. Chargebacks and disputes through Stripe: If you choose to dispute a charge or request a chargeback through your payment provider, we may dispute the chargeback with evidence of your purchase and usage of our product/service.
  2. 3.2. Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please notify us immediately at sales@trybaseet.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and take necessary actions to resolve the matter.

Non-Compliance with Refund Policy:

  1. 4.1. If you are not eligible for a refund according to this policy and still attempt to request a refund through your payment provider or financial institution, it will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.
  2. 4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to our products/services if you violate this Refund Policy.

  1. 5.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Refund Policy will be posted on our website, and the revised date will be mentioned at the top.
